Who we are
Angels On Wheels Charity Organization (AOWCO) is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization. We were created to help those in need within our communities. We are dedicated to providing food and basic necessities. In addition, connecting those in need with organizations that offer other solutions such as housing, education, healthcare, and pathways to financial stability.
Our Mission
The Angels are committed to the mission of “Love Thy Neighbors” with the goal of transforming the lives of those in need who are facing hunger and hardship. While bridging gaps by collaborating with external organizations and service providers, to identify and link individuals and families to needed support, information, or tools that address their specific needs.
Our Vision
Our vision is a nation where every individual has access to necessities and the opportunity for a dignified, self-sufficient life. We envision a world without people in
need, where communities collaborate to fostering a thriving environment where even vulnerable neighbors have the tools to flourish.

Angels on Wheels Charity Organization proudly serves Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, Stafford, King George, and Caroline County. Our outreach extends across these communities to ensure individuals and families have access to the support they need. Whether in urban or rural areas, we are committed to reaching those who need assistance throughout these regions.
